FESTIVAL PLANNING MEETING

Booth chairmen and interested volunteers are invited to attend our planning meeting scheduled for April 1st at 6 p.m. which follows the monthly Board Meeting. Our Festival is the main fundraiser which keeps our club going during the leaner winter months. As you know, our driveway/parking lot needs an overhaul, so does our festival dance floor, all which will cost thousands of dollars. Facility up-grades are always needed. Join us with your thoughts and help with the planning. Volunteerism can be enjoyable as "it takes a village" to allow for a great festival.

CHORUS

Our members resumed practice on March 12th, and we are pleased that most all are returning. Now it is important that we all show up weekly as we only have 3 months till our June concert sung in German and English! The music our Director Mark Radlowski has chosen is enjoyable and entertaining. We welcome an accompanist, Margaret Fusco, which will enhance Mark's directing abilities. Now we really must pay attention! Mark does a great job and trying to bring out our best. See you each Tuesday 5 p.m. Ladies, 5:30 Mixed and 6:30 Men. We are always looking for new singers to enhance our Choir. If you enjoy singing, give us a try!

2024 MEMBERSHIP DUES

We thank all who have renewed promptly. Final reminders were mailed with dues due by March 1st. The reason for renewing is your support of the only German cultural/social club in the area. Our roots started here 159 years ago and it’s important to make our founders proud. Do you enjoy the warm atmosphere of your Club in the winter and cool comfortable setting in the warmer months? Then help us keep our club viable by renewing. If your dues is unpaid, this will be your last Newsletter. We would rather not have to delete members, so please renew. New members always welcome.
